In Mundo Nuevo we started to use IFM-SEI’s Rainbow Resources – Compasito Companion on Sexuality and Gender. We consider these topics so important to spread out among young people and we commit to keep developing this work and forward our experience to other educational environments.

Some highlights from the workshop: In the first workshop, the boys were reluctant to shake hands and make a round together with the girls. Also boys did not want to admit their likes and preferences in order not to go to the circle of girls. Following this, we made the necessary feedback and explained that that there is no gender difference when it is about likes and tastes.

We will continue to work more with the Rainbow Resources pack.
