IFM-SEI is looking for expert trainers in the planning and implementation of g-local campaigns.

As a trainer, you will have the opportunity to broaden the knowledge of young mentors on the tools they need to guide and support young activists in their own campaigns on inclusion and diversity. Want to know more? Keep reading!

The implementation of the g-local campaigns is the unique focus of the project. The campaigns will highlight the importance of diverse, accessible and inclusive participation opportunities on a local, national and international level.

For that to happen successfully, mentors need to have the tools to design, plan and implement campaigns, and that's where you come in; you will work with another person involved in Dream from the beginning to show mentors how to design and implement a campaign.

Next to the general trainer competences, complemented by the eagerness to learn and develop, the following specific competencies are sought from the guest trainer for this training:

• Trainer competence in different aspects of inclusion, diversity and working with marginalised communities;
• Experience in planning and implementing local campaigns;
• Good understanding, knowledge and previous training experience on issues of equal opportunities and inclusion in general and in the context of youth organisations in particular;
• Preferably direct experience working with minorities and/or less advantaged groups in society;

You have been previously involved in IFM-SEI or a Member Organisation;

• You have experience working on the topics of youth participation, volunteering and youth activism;
• You have experience in planning and implementing campaigns;
• You have experience in training groups of young people;
• You are responsive, reliable and able to perform the tasks;

The training will take place online, 8-10 July 2021.

**The trainer will be paid for the services provided. The fee we offer is for the entire involvement (preparatory meeting, online preparation with the team, the two-day training and short evaluation after the training).
