I want to come to ‘Welcome to another World’ for the camp of a lifetime! But how do I register?

The early-bird booking deadline has already passed, but you have until the 1st April for the final booking deadline. Registration is done online on the IFM Camp website, which has versions in English, German, Spanish and French.

You must register in a group or organisation – you cannot register as an individual. To do this, you will need to create an account which has to be unlocked by the German Falcon office, who will first verify that your group is from an IFM member organisation. After your account has been approved, you can fill in the form and give the number of participants expected, their age categories and further details about your participation. Soon you will also be able to put the names and personal details of the participants into this online system.

Those already registered will receive the early-bird discount for the participation fee but if you have not already registered, the participation fees will be as follows:

Western Europe – €290

Middle and Eastern Europe and the Middle East – €195

Other regions – €100

For international participants, 50% of these costs are due right after the booking deadline and the remaining 50% by the 1st July.
