Programme

Participants will come together for six days to explore the historical and contemporary contexts of racism, populism, Islamophobia and anti-Semitism, discover the current legal frameworks and what it means in practice, talk about how the rise of populism affects us and the impact that xenophobia and discrimination has on our communities and societies as a threat to social inclusion. We will think about the discourse around these marginalised groups and the link with governments, corporations, institutions and the capitalist system.

The study session will approach the topic from a youth-based perspective. We will look at current initiatives around the inclusion of the topic of the study session in our organisations and societies, and offer space to think about what needs to be done by us and develop our own projects and actions.
