Girls Excel advocates for equal access to opportunities for girls and young women in Cameroon. Our projects raise awareness on sexual and reproductive health education and we educate girls and young women on their human rights and other forms of violence against girls and women.

The young people of YAG raise awareness of child sexual abuse, volunteer in schools, churches and communities to advocate for the protection of children. The main issues are sexuality education, civic participation and mentorship programmes.

The Pioneers of Mali aim to complete family and school education by offering healthy recreational activities, ensuring moral, civic, patriotic and physical development of young people and preparing young people to lead an active life. APM promotes selflessness in the interest of community and citizenship and promotes ecological activities for everybody’s best interests.
Action Enfance
Senegal
Action Enfance works for the recognition of the rights of the child based on the principles of equality, solidarity and democracy. It assists deprived children, provides leisure time activities and helps children and young people to take care of themselves and their surroundings. AES conducts advocacy, empowerment sessions, intercultural exchanges, camps and weekly meetings.

MNPS educates young people on the values of liberty and of tolerance based on socialist ideals. They organise summer camps to introduce children to community life and to fight prejudices and stereotypes. The issues of children’s rights and the preservation of the environment are also at the heart of their educational project.
OEIS
Western Sahara

Organización de exploradores e infancia saharaui (OEIS) was founded in 1984 and is the Saharawi youth organization. It operates from the Sahrawi refugee camps in Tindouf, Algeria, organizing youth and students within the exile community, and promoting the interest of the youth within the POLISARIO and the Sahrawi republic.

Patsimederu Trust
Zimbabwe
The Patsimeredu Trust uses performing arts as a development communication strategy. It advocates for young peoples rights and access to support and health services. Since 2002, it has contributed to widespread social development in different communities and provinces of Zimbabwe through edutainment films and participatory theatre for development.
